Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I need help with a question on theft
I was employed by a retail company for about seven months. During my time there I made false transactions costing the company $272.82. I pled guilty to the charges and signed restitution papers to pay them back what I took. My court date is January 4, 2002. Is there anything I need to know about how the court date will be handled? Do I need to hire an attorney?
