Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I need to ask a question. How much time will a registered felon do if they write a false statement? And... Can anyone see my witness statement? Are the police allowed to give a copy of my statement out?

It all depends on the facts of the case, the prosecutor, the defense attorney, etc. In other words, there is no real no way of knowing. Also, police reports are public records, so yes they can give that out.
