Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If I was just questioned by a detective about an untrue accusation, is it smart to volunteer for a polygraph to prove my innocence, and if so should I have a lawyer present?

If there is a potential for any type of criminal charge to be brought against you, never ever speak to the police, it will never help you. If you want to take a polygraph you must arrange it through your attorney and it should be kept private, not prosecutors or police allowed. If would like help with representation please give me a call any time. 305.670.3119.
