Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
if i am questioned by police and do not have money for an attorney can i still request one before answering questions?

Yes, in fact, you should. Under no circumstances should you ever speak with police without having an attorney's advice first. If you can't afford one, the police will either stop questioning or get a public defender, usually the former.
