Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
questions to application/license questions
I am applying for a FL real estate license and there is a question that reads: Have you ever been convicted of a crime, found guilty, or entered a plea of guilty or nolo contendere to, even if you received a withhold of adjuducation? The question applies to misdemeanor whether placed on probation, had adjudication withheld.
