Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Hello I have a quick question, I had two Sheriff Deputys come to my house last night (which is about 20 min from the closest town and there is alot of surrounding country land.) It seems my neighbor had called them because i was shooting at a couple of cans in my pond ( in which I was not doing so towards where houses are known or to where the bullet trajectory could affect any human life.) The Sheriff stated that he was going to write a letter to the state of Florida about the manner, I have no criminal history or anything on my record for that matter, Do you think this will go all the way to me being prosecuted or what do you think will happen.
