Individuals caught driving on DUI suspensions are often sentenced to jail. That said, there are several factors that can influence your sentence. I strongly suggest you consult with an attorney to discuss what you can do to increase your chances of avoiding a jail sentence.

There are many factors that will influence what the ultimate sentence may be, including whether you were eligible for a hardship license, but simply did not yet obtain one. There are other factors, as well. However, it is very common for individuals caught driving on a DUI suspension to be sentenced to some period of incarceration.

You should talk to your lawyer about what you might expect. If you don't have one, you need to get one. If you would like to discuss the implications of your current situation further, please feel free to contact me at your convenience.

You are probably looking at jail time. Depending on the jurisdiction, it could be anywhere from 10 days to 60 days. You need to talk to an attorney right away.
