Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Quickest Recourse #2
If you have already filed a 3.850 that has been denied and is on appeal, what is the next quickest step to get a man out of prison where his attorney perjured himself in court? Separately, can someone who witnessed his lies, move to have charges pressed against this attorney? Can he be reported by a non-client to the Florida Bar?
