Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Can you raffle off gift baskets that contain alcohol in Florida if you are not receiving money? Two real estate agents want to give away a couple of baskets at a local event. People at the event sign up, are given a ticket and at a certain time a ticket is drawn ( by someone in the crowd) and the basket will be given to the person that holds that ticket number. Is this legal?

It sounds like it's legal. However since you seem very concerned, there may be more to what is going on. If so, talk to an attorney in your area to talk about this to see if some local or state law is being violated.
