Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Rape and Drug case

My boyfriend is out on R.O.R on a rape and drug case. His accuser lied about the whole thing. During the interview with the CAC she told them about the supposibly rape but also said she didnt want to get him in trouble then changed the story around and said that 2 people raped her. There is no DNA to prove he did it, but his lawyer says all they need is her word. We dont feel thats true. The drugs were found in an apartment that wasnt his, but he signed the consent form for the search and a woman claiming to be his mother signed the consent form too because she said they shared the apartment. now under the federal law it says an ex convict can not live in public housing. Can he lose the drug case with her word of seeing him with the drugs(in which there are no fingersprints) even though the aparment isnt his and he signed the consent form for search? What happens when the girl doesnt show for trial even though the state gets continuations for claiming to not be ready for trial? The mother told the state that she planned on moving to Africa, which we know is a lie and thats because we believe jer daughter her the truth about what happened and they arent trying to come to court.
