Rape over 20 yrs ago
I was raped over twenty yrs ago. They had a gun and was never caught. Is there a statue of limitations on this?

Your question involves several issues which would need answering for an exact answer. First, the statute of limitations in effect at the time of the offense is the one that is used. So you will need the 1984 statute. I know that for sexual battery (rape), the statute back then would have run by now. However, I am not sure if it was considered a capital or life felony back then if a gun was used.
That could change the determination of whether the staute for the offense committed upon you has run.
