Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I was raped by two "friends" in June 2016. No drugs or alcohol were involved. They took my phone away and one used extreme force (pining arms, biting, choking, squeezing nose shut) I had bruising all over my arms. One used a condom, the other didnt- but he didn't finish. I went to the hospital less than 72 hours after. Made statements. Gave them my clothes. Went to victims clinic. Gave them screenshots of them admitting it. Two weeks later I decided to press charges when the shock and fear wore off. The sherrifs office took my phone and downloaded all the texts of the admittance. Fast forward end of March 2017 they are finally arrested. They got out on bail in three days without me knowing. They are now denying their guilt. Considering there is evidence of their admission, what's the likelihood they'll be convinced? One of them had been charged before with rape but she dropped the charges.

This is in FL.

Likelihood is good. To better your chances, keep in constant contact with the prosecutor so that they know how serious you are and that they push hard for a conviction.
