Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
she is saying that i raped her
hello my name is--name removed--and i am 24...i went on vacation a few days ago and i so one of my old friends over there, a female 22 years old...we went out that night with a bunch of other people and came back to the house...after a few hrs we ended up having sex,the next morning i walked her to her car we left in good terms,the next day she called me and told me that she was coming to see me and i told whatever happened last night we should forget cause i have a girlfriend back at home....now she is threating to call the cops on me claming that i ''raped'' her. all my other friends so that she was all over me all night long too..persanaly i am kinda shocked how a person could do that...if you can give me an advice what should i do will be great.....thank you so much

If you are contacted by the police you should consult a lawyer before agreeing to speak with them. These situations can be tricky.
