Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
reading u your rights when arrested
was pulled over for traffic violation my license was suspended the girl on the back was searched for no reason and was charged with possesion of cocaine she was arrested but they never read her her rights isnt that not right and should it be thrown out of court please respond

No that is not the law. They only have to read your rights if they ask you questions that may incriminate you.
