Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I have reason to believe my father was the cause of my Mothers death 18 yrs ago. She suffered a stroke after a blow to the head and died 2mths later of a massive heart attack. The only witness to this assault was her older sister who has since died. She lied to the hospital so she was diagnoised with bells palsey. Can it be proven he was the cause and can I get justice for her legally?

You need to contact the police. They and the state attorney's office are responsible for pursuing the type of justice you seek.
