Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
could you tell me what possible reasons a massage therapist who admitted to a Sheriff and DOH that he digitally penetrated a client and voluntarily relinquished his license could be acquitted at jury trial.

Unfortunately your question is impossible to answer. A jury could have a thousand different reasons to acquit somebody. Juries are very unpredictable which is one reason why many people who are innocent won't even chance a jury trial. It's also one of the reasons that guilty people have a jury trial because it can be unpredictable.
