Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
recant testimoney
My boyfriends co-defendant has agreed to testify against him in exchange for a lighter sentance. She has already been sentanced and has not yet testified. If she decides not to testify can she get in trouble or get a harsher sentance?

If she's already been sentenced, they likely can't change her sentence (unless you're missing some details.)
