Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I received my April 2009 Salary in Cash before my vacation. When I came back after three weeks, I found out that my Bank Account was again credited with April 2009 Salary (Double Payment, I supposed). However, I'm not sure who made the mistake,

whether the Bank that handles our Salary or my Company. It's five months now and

nobody from the Bank and my Company has notified me of the discrepancy. I also did't inform them because it's not my fault in the first place.

The money in my Account is still intact. What would be the consequences if ever I'd use it? Looking forward to hear from you. Thanks.

It would be theft. You know the money is not yours, so you are not entitled to it. You must notify the bank immediately. They will know what to do.
