Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Hi I received a letter of a hearing two months ago . I was worried because I didn't know what I did . Found out I was being charged for violating a restraining order against myself ! I also noticed the information for my description was incorrect my data birth was incorrect. I was told there was a court hearing but since they didn't serve me it was rescheduled! When I went to this court hearing I was told I need to come back to prove I was guilty since the Jude didn't read the whole charge . I show up today to the hearing and was told it was null and I was good to go . What is null ? Should I be worried ?

You really should call an attorney and give more details to see if you're good. But, based on what you said you here, it sounds like the judge dismissed the injunction. HOWEVER, to be sure call an attorney.
