Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I received a Minor in Possession of alcohol as a sophomore in college. I completed the pre-trial diversion in Leon County, FL. I now am applying for an internship in GA and on the application it asks "Have you ever been arrested or convicted of a crime, other than a minor traffic violation?" I understand that I was not convicted of the crime because I went through diversion, but would I have to answer yes because of the arrest?

Since the charge was dismissed, you don't have to answer yes. HOWEVER, when they do a background check, your arrest WILL show up, so you may have to reveal it anyway.
