Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
i received a ticked for running a red light. the officer wrote down the wrong statute so, now i have a court date. what will happen now? will the ticket be thrown out?

The officer can correct it up to the point of trial. You may want to hire an attorney however to see if the ticket may be dismissed on that or other grounds.
