Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I received a ticket for drug paraphernalia back in August. I received a letter in the mail for the Pre Trial Intervention program. I am unable to afford the drug classes and I also don't have a way to get to said drug classes. I was supposed to have gone to eight drug classes by the 20th of February. What kind of consequences should I be expecting for bouncing out of the program?

You won't be punished for bouncing out of the program, but your case will be placed back on the trial docket. You are facing a maximum punishment of 1 year in jail or 1 year of probation and up to a $1,000 fine. Hire a lawyer to either try and determine what defenses apply or at least to negotiate a better outcome.
