Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I received 18 years on four sentences running concurrent. The problem is two of the four charges i couldn't receive but 5 years and15 years therefor the whole sentence is illegal. I need that case.

Not sure what you're looking for exactly but check Fla. Stat. 775.082 which is the statute explaining, the different possible sentences for felonies.
