Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
i recenlty found out that i have a vop warrant,i have no clue what i did to vop but i was wondering if i would be assigned the same public defender as i did in the orginal case?

It depends. PDs get moved around a lot from judge to judge. If it's only been a couple months you'll probably get the same one. Longer than that and it's hard to say. If you'd like to explore private attorneys you have that option also.
