Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
recent arrest
I was recently arrested on false allegations of misdemeanor criminal mischief.I have court on 3/23/07.Statements made are false and in all reality I should have filed charges of my own.Can charges be filed in regards to this case or should I wait for court.I waved my right to a public defender.

You should get an attorney ASAP. Otherwise you could get stuck paying bogus restitution, fines, and or court costs.
