Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

i was recently arrested with a concealed weapon charge( handgun with 3 bullets) and possession of marijuana( less than 3 grams) what kind of punishment am i looking forward to and what can i do?

Considering the seriousness of the firearm charge, you should definitely seek the advice of an experienced criminal attorney in your area. The Carrying a Concealed Firearm charge is a Third Degree Felony, punishable by up to 5 years in prison (along with all of the other penalties and hardships that go along with a Felony conviction.

The marijuana charge, at only 3 grams, is a Misdemeanor and the least of your problems. That is punishable by up to a year in the County Jail and a possible 2 year driver's license suspension.
