Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Recently caught for shoplifting. I had done this 3 times at the same store. Only times I had ever done this. I had a totally clean record up until this and not even a traffic ticket. I did seek counseling due to this and am very ashamed and scared. My court date is 6/7 what can the judge do to me?

If you've been caught in the past then you can be charged with a felony. If this is the first time you've been caught you can face jail up to a year. I strongly suggest that you get an attorney in your area to help you out.
