Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I was recently charged with Driving While License Suspended and two other charges...I had to pay the other charges to get the license back...I went to court with my license and the judge amended the charge to No Valid License and dismissed the other two charges and left me with court costs....Now, since I paid the dismissed charges is the money lost??...

If you paid a fine, then it's not money lost it's a paid fine. The good thing is you got your license back and the No valid DL charge will not habitualize you. Just to be sure you might want to contact the clerk to see if you overpaid or underpaid any fines. Good luck.
