Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I was recently charged with habitual driving on a suspended. This was only my second time being stopped for driving in the last 7 years. Can they charge me with Habitual?

The GENERAL rule, but by no means all inclusive rule is that if you get 3 DWLS within 5 years, then you can be habitualized. There are a lot of exceptions though so I suggest you talk to an attorney in your area to find out more information. You can also simply ask the DMV why it is beign habitualized.
