Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

i was recently charged with poss. of cannabis <20 grams, and poss. of drug para. the statement that the arresting officer wrote up says nothing about me having the marijuana on my person. it did say that i dropped a bag containing it, but a few paragraphs later, it says another female dropped the same bag and claimed it was hers. my question is... can i plead not guilty, and have a case?
