Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I recently filed an Injunction and would like to know this: We both ride motorcycles and are on the same Forum for motorcycles. There are events all the time that we will both want to attend. If i show up at an event and he is already present, who has to leave? and vise versa?

Hello,
Essentially, whoever has the injunction against them is the person that can be held accountable by the court. It is in that person's best interest to avoid the person who filed the injunction.
Now, if it turns out that the person who filled the injunction continuously tries to follow or be in contact with the other person, then he or she may possibly have legal consequences as well.
Ultimately, you should both try to avoid each other.
