Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I recently took items from a publix valued at $59.99. as i walked out of the store, an assistant manager and loss prevention officer told me to come back inside with them. in response i gave them back the merchandise but did not go back inside with them. i left in my car and as i was walking the loss prevention officer said he would get my license plate number if i did not go in with them, but i continued walking and drove away. is there a possibility of me getting in any type of trouble over this or what are the possible outcomes from this situation?
