Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I recently noticed that my jewelry worth over 30,000 was stolen by my ex-boyfriend.I have proof that he was involved in identity theft.My jewelry was not insured being it was in a safe place in my home(i thought).What measures can I take to get my jewelry back? Thank you

You can sue your ex for the value of the jewelry stolen. Also, if there is a criminal case associated with this theft, you could ask the state attorney to get restitution for you.
