Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I recently pled to a Petit Theft after prior conviction in Bradenton, Florida to time served but for some reason the judge ordered my driver license to be suspended for 6 months. I have never heard such a thing. My charge had nothing to do with driving. Is this legal?
