Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I just recently went through the process of having a burglary felony dismissed from my background. The incident happened in Bozeman, MT, but I live in Florida now and completed my probation here. I am trying to apply for jobs, but apparently the charge is still showing up on my NCIC report as "deferred." The district court in Montana pulled up my record and showed that the charge had been sealed and they were unable to see it. But it is still showing up here in Florida, making it impossible to get a job. How do I go about finding out who I need to talk to in order to make sure the charge is sealed here in Florida??

If it's visible in Florida, it's visible in all other states as well. If Montana is anything like Florida, the charge will be sealed from your record. HOWEVER, there are a lot of private background companies that do not have to abide by that rule, and they can continue to post information about you. You will probably have to contact each background check company individually and have them remove it, once you show that your charge was sealed or expunged.
