Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I recently recieved a paycheck from my new employer, i called the bank it was from and that account has been closed for months! Can I sue for check fraud? This was all done online, i was his marketing coordinator and waited for a month to get paid and when I got the check it was no good! What should I do?

Contact the police and report it. You can also contact a labor attorney to sue to get your money.
