Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I recently was sentenced to 24 months probation with the first 6 months in drug rehab. I left that facililty before the 6 months and have been charged with vop. What should I do next and what am I facing? I originally had drug charges which I accepted a plea deal

Depends on the original charge and if the judge suspended a sentence or not. VERY GENERALLY, for the majority of drug charges (but certainly not all drug charges), you face up to 5 years prison on a VOP. As far as what to specifically expect, only your attorney can answer that.
