Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

hello, I was recently placed on two sets of 3 year felony probations to run concurrent with eachother. For the charge of Shoot/throw deadly missile into an occupied dwelling. and the other being grand theft and Forgery. Also they sentenced me to complete a 6 month drug treatment program called The Bridge (run by florida department of corrections) I was also supposed to stay in jail untill that program came to get me. Well they made a mistake and let me out, and I have since checked in with, and abided by probation. Currently I am doing very well, I am going to A.A./N.A. meetings everyday and amd seeing my therapist twice a week. I have just gotten a job and am doing everything i need to be doing. In the past two years ive gone through treatment twice. And I was hoping that there would be a way that i could try to have a modification of sentence to not have to goto The Bridge program, and possibly add on another year of probation instead. Is this possible, and how would I go about doing this?

Extra probation is not usually something you negotiate after you've been sentenced. That said, you should be able to hire an attorney to do a motion to modify your probation. You will need receipts and proof of what you have been doing the last two years. Don't expect probation to have it, because they conveniently lose things like that. Best bet is to hire an attorney and increase your chances of avoiding that condition.
