Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
i recieved a witness subpeona to go to court. my friend who is a juvenile got caught with a good amount of pot that was in my car, i told the cops exactly where it was and they found it right away when i gave consent to search my car, i cooperated and my friend got charged with the pot becuase he said it was his, can i be charged as well or am i good?

If they didn't charge you at the time, you're probably good, but you can never be absolutely certain what the police or a prosecutor will do.
