Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I have two reckless driving in the past and recently got arested for suspected DUI. What am I facing?

The two reckless drivings will not have any effect on your DUI case, although the potential for your insurance premiums to rise will be likely. If this is your first DUI you will be facing fines, DUI school, Victim Impact Panel, a 6 month license suspension, a ten day vehicle impoundment, and if your BAC was over .15 then you will be required to to have an intoxlyzer device installed in your vehicle. There is no mandatory jail time for a first DUI, however, if you go to trial and lose, the judge has the discretion to give some jail time.
