Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
What does it mean when someone is recommitted to jail? There has been ongoing correspondence leading up to a trial, and I am unable to see whether the trial has taken place and/or what the outcome was. If someone was recommitted does that mean they were convicted during a trial?
