Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Reconsideration of Sentence
I would like to have my record sealed, but need to have one of my guilty convictions changed to adjudication withheld, or either to have the sentence vacated altogether. How can I do this?

I don't know that you can. It would require a personal consultation to answer the question. However, you cannot seal any guilty convictions, and they also usually prevent you from sealing a withhold.
