If you received a withhold of adjudication and your charge is eligible and you have no other convictions and have never received a sealing or expungement in the past, you can get your record sealed.
The forms are available from FDLE or the State Attorney's Office. A lawyer can handle it for you. If you would like a fee quote please contact my office.
