Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I need to have my record for grand theft 3rd degree expunged and I am not employed. Is free legal aid available to assist in this matter and if not, what would be an estimate of the cost to have this done. I was charged of this crime but not convicted. I was put thru PTI and have completed probation.

Generally, legal aid won't help with sealing or expunging your record, but you could ask. Private attorneys, however, don't charge a lot to assist with this.
