Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
How do I record a Misdemeanor charge
A woman changed my Volusia County, FL Occupational License to her name without my permission. My attorney and a judge told me this was a misdemeanor. I can no longer afford an attorney and want to know where I can pursue filing the misdemeanor charge against her to ensure it goes on her record? A have a judgement that says she has to change the license, but don't I also have the right to get the misdemeanor recorded?

You have to report this to the police. From there, it's up to them and the State Attorney's Office. You have no right to force the prosecution or "recording" of the case.
