If you want the record dropped or reduced, then you need to talk to your attorney about negotiating something that is acceptable to you. If negotiations aren't offering anything acceptable, then go to trial and if you're found not guilty, then this will never be a conviction on your record. However, since you have already used your one and only sealing, then even the arrest will always be on your record.
If I understand your question correctly, your most recent felony charge has been resolved by way of a plea & you received a withhold of adjudication. If that is correct, then there isn't a good chance that anything can be done at this point to reduce or dismiss the charges. There are a few technical exceptions that are very fact-specific & extremely time sensitive, so I would suggest you contact a lawyer immediately to discuss whether you have any chance of securing the relief you seek. Either way, you can only seal or expunge one criminal case for your record in your lifetime, so you won't be in a position to do anything with this second offense.
