Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
record sealing denied
I hired an attorney to seal my criminal record, 5-6 felony charges from one arrest, certificate of eligability was obtain from fdle, but request was denied by judge followed states recommendation ''too many charges'', these charges had accured 17 years ago I was 17 years old, when commited, can this be appealed and what are the chances of the judge overturning his decission!

i would say overturning would be slim to none.
