Record Sealment
I am going to have a Record sealed and I would like to know if I have this record sealed if a company run my finger prints will the be able to find my record ??? Like a bank for example

Usually, a private company is unable to access a sealed or exdpunged record. Make sure the clerk's office has sent certified orders to all law enforcement agencies involved.

A sealed record is not supposed to show up anywhere but to be honest I know sometimes it does show up, but rarely.
