Re: records sealed

You can only seal one case and to qualify you can never have been adjudicated of any crime on your record. Please call me if you would like to discuss whether you qualify and my fees for this.

Re: records sealed

Your ability to seal (from public view) or expunge (destroy all records) will depend on whether the charge resulted in an adjudication (if it did, you can't), and if it did not, whether a disposition was reached (as opposed to the case being dismissed or not formally charge), and what was the exact charge (there are many exceptions to what crimes can have sealings/expungments). Then, beyond those criteria, you have to make sure you never received any kind of adjudication or conviction for any other misdemeanor, felony, criminal traffic (DUI, not speeding), ordinance or juvenile offense. Any prior convictions will disqualify you from either a sealing or an expungement.

If you are not sure of the answers to these questions, you should hire an attorney to investigate your records, and the follow through with the application, motion and sealing.
