recover a bond
MY P.D. gave me a wrong court date the state took my bond I was asinged a new date at that time the judge dropped (dismissed) the FTA. how do I recover my bond

Your attorney should file a motion to vacate the bond forfeiture. Contact your PD for further assistance. Good luck
